Voice input isn't transcribing correctly

The voice pipeline understands Egyptian Arabic, English, and code-switched speech. For best results:

If a specific phrase is consistently wrong, email us the phrase — we expand the Egyptian glossary regularly from real examples.

Is my data backed up? What if I reinstall or switch phones?

Yes. Because you sign in, your tasks, blocks, goals, workouts, streaks, and settings are backed up to your private account and restored automatically when you reinstall the app or sign in on another device. Only you can access your backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → sKedIt AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple, not sKedIt, controls billing and refunds.

I hit my monthly free-tier limit. When does it reset?

Free-tier limits (5 voice, 5 smart schedules, 5 reschedules, 3 goal schedules) reset at the start of each calendar month in your local time zone. New installs also get a more generous allowance for their first 48 hours. Upgrade to Pro for much higher limits — effectively unlimited for everyday use (Profile → "Upgrade →").

I changed my Apple ID and lost my Pro subscription

On the paywall screen, tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom to re-link your Apple subscription. If that doesn't work, email us with your purchase receipt (Apple emails one for every renewal).

My recurring blocks disappeared after about three months

That's expected, not a bug. Recurring blocks are pre-generated for a 90-day window from when you create them. Once that window closes, the series stops showing. Just re-create it for a fresh 90-day window. This keeps your calendar fast. The in-app How to use screen (Profile → Help) covers this.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

In the app: Profile → "Delete account & data". This wipes everything immediately — your local schedule, content backup, AI usage history, subscription record, and account email — via a server-side function, then signs you out. Once confirmed, the account can't be recovered. If our server can't be reached at that moment, the app asks you to email us and we complete deletion within 14 days.

Does sKedIt store my voice recordings?

No. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription, then discarded immediately. We never see or store the recording. See the Privacy Policy for the full data flow.

My voice input was understood differently than I meant

Tap any card on the confirmation screen to edit it before saving — title, time, area, recurrence, duration, or a goal's milestones. Or re-record.

I want a feature / found a bug

Email us. For bugs, include what you were doing, what happened instead, steps to reproduce, a screenshot or recording, and your device + iOS version. We respond fastest to reports with reproduction steps.
